I. Small groups are a sacred mystery
1. The original small group – “The Trinity”

2. Humanity was designed for small groups
Genesis 2:18 (NKJV) “It is not good that man should be alone.”

II. Small groups shape life profoundly
1. By sharing with one another
Acts 2:44 (CEB) All the believers were united and shared everything.
2. By sharpening one another
Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron…”
3. By caring for one another
1 Peter 3:8 (CEV) Finally, all of you should agree and have concern and love for each other. You should also be kind and humble.
4. By praying for one another
James 5:16 (NKJV) . . . and pray for one another, that you may be healed.
